We do offer a repair service and some repairs are non-chargeable if the item is still in warranty and the fault is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Repairs out of the manufacturers warranty or voided by the manufacturer due to damage outside of the warranty terms and conditions will come at various charges depending on the work required.

Please include a letter outlining the fault and confirming the address you want the item returned to. Please also send the purchase receipt or invoice.
Repairs outside of the manufactures warranty, or not purchased from Jessops require a £25.00 non-refundable deposit to send this for repair.
We use authorised Repair Centres, and use genuine manufacturer's parts only.
