We are sorry that your item is not functioning correctly.
Within 30 days of of your order, we can organise for your items to be returned for an exchange or refund. Outside of this we can assist with a repair.
In terms of returning your goods, you have 2 options to choose from, you are able to return the product to your local store or alternatively we can collect your goods from an address of your choice.

If you cannot return to a store, you will need to contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and arrange the collection.
The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions and any other items included with it at time of sale (including free gifts). You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition. As soon as the goods are received into our warehouse a replacement will be dispatched to you.
